What a great day for the patrons of the Columbus Public Library! According to the Columbus Telegram, the Columbus Public Library Board unanimously approved a ban on outside smoking there last week, prohibiting the activity anywhere on library property. No longer will patrons have to walk through a "cloud of smoke" to enter the public library. Next time you visit the library, be sure to let library staff and board members know how much you appreciate the smoke free environment.
